A Bright Spot in Someone’s Day

Today is the official kick-off release of J. Taylor Publishing’s ONE MORE DAY YA anthology. Feel free to click on the book’s picture which will lead you to the Goodread’s page where you can read all about it.

In keeping with the theme of the book, I asked all the authors to answer a single question:  If you could freeze one moment in time for all eternity, to go on display to the world, what would it be?

Danielle Shipley, author of A Morrow More is with us today to answer that question.  Danielle, take it away.

***

A moment of mine, frozen for the world to see? Well, assuming I happen to be dressed with my hair reasonably groomed, at the time, I’d choose a moment in which I’ve happened across a reader’s enthusiastic response to one of my stories. I’d like the world to see the joy on my face, and maybe bring them one step closer to understanding just how much it means to me when what I’ve shared is a bright spot in someone’s day.

***

That sounds like a wonderful moment to freeze forever.  There is something magical to an author in knowing his or her words touched a complete stranger.  It really is a precious moment.  Thank you, Danielle, for sharing that with everyone.

Starting today, you can pick up your copy of ONE MORE DAY, in paperback and e-book, at the retailers below.
