Today, I hope to finish reading Artemis Fowl – The Last Guardian. I have to say I absolutely love these MG/YA books. If you’re into MG/YA and haven’t read them, you should. There’s lots of action mixed with some wonderful fantasy. They’re funny, enjoyable stories filled with “Agile prose, rapid-fire dialogue, and wise-acre humor…” ~ Publisher’s Weekly. Completely magical and an example of great MG/YA writing. Eoin Colfer rocks my world, and rates right up there with Rick Riordan and Terry Pratchett.
After that, I have a very intriguing book to read, The Midas Tree, by Lesley Phillips. I received the book in the mail today from the author, and I can’t wait to read this one. Look for a review coming soon.
After that one, I have Nikolas & Company – The Merman and the Moon Forgotten. I received this months ago from the author and haven’t had a chance to read it yet, but I will do so soon. Look for a review on this romping MG read as well.
