Update on Flash Fiction Contest

I have to say I’m very sad I didn’t get more participants in my Flash Fiction Contest that ended yesterday.  Only three people decided to submit, which changes the amount of recipients to receive a Crux bookmark signed by the lovely and talented YA debut author, Julie Reece.

Now, only one person will receive the award instead of three.  Sorry folks.  I am now passing over the three stories to Julie for her to read and choose.  Good luck to all of you and I’m sorry I have to narrow the winning field.  Hopefully next time more people will participate.

  1. I’ve been so busy I’ve barely been able to keep up with the bloggers I follow and preparing my own blogs. Sorry my mind wasn’t focussed enough to participate.

  2. Awwwww, I’m sorry more people didn’t enter as well, Jenny. I know that I totally enjoyed the contest myself. I’m sorry too that I kind of forgot about it this week, as I’ve been really busy with real life and my other writing projects – I would have tweeted and facebooked it again for you. Hopefully the next time more people will participate – it’s a wonderful support for the author, and excellent writing exercise for the rest of us. Good luck to everyone who did participate! ((((Hugs)))) ~ Julie xox
