Here’s a question for you: what kind of music, if any, do you listen to when writing?
I lean more toward Celtic, soft jazz or classical. I find it relaxing and it fits in well with the themes of my novel!
What about you?

Hello,
Music can definitely help set the mood. When I wrote Flash Drive, I had several songs just a click away. Normally, I cannot write with music playing. I find it too distracting. But when I need to pump myself up to start writing or have trapped myself with no way out of a scene, music is a tremendous help.
One of my favorite songs is Paperback Writer by the Beetles.
Have a great day, Bill South

When I was writing my children’s fantasy trilogy, Truth Teller, I used to listen to the sound track from the film, Labyrinth, with David Bowie. Awesome film, great sound track.

I agree. The music is incredible. And it is an awesome film. I’ll have to go home and watch it now.
